Figure 3: Western blot analysis.

Western blot analysis of the RpoS, RpoD, MutS and PolIV proteins was performed in cells growing in LB and LB supplemented with 1 μg ml⁻¹ of ampicillin (LB Amp). Samples were collected at OD (600 nm) values of 0.5, 08 and 1.4 for both conditions. Total protein loaded was normalized according to nanodrop measurements.
