(a) Adhesion to fibronectin of H-Klf5Δ/Δ LSK cells was rescued by exogenous expression of Rab5b (n=3 per group, in each of two independent experiments). (b) CFU-C homing in the BM of H-Klf5Δ/Δ mice was rescued by lentivirus transduction of Rab5b. Homing was analyzed at 16 h after transplantation (similar to Fig. 2a–d).
