(a,b) VRK1 and K-67 was also costained with different fluorescent dyes (VRK1, green; Ki-67, red) in vector and VRK1 shRNA-transfected cells. After shRNA knockdown of VRK1 in cell lines (A549 and H460), both VRK1 and KI-67 expression was significantly reduced. (c–e) VRK1 (green) and CDC2 (red) were costained in three lung cancer cell lines (A549, H460 and H1299).
