The intergenic space between two R. intracellularis HH01 ORFs, including an annotated 120 bp hypothetical protein (in grey, RintHH_15420) compared with the gene encoding GOGAT in Raphidiopsis brookii D9 (in blue, CRD_00957) and the genomic context of each. The middle alignment represents the top BLAST hit of the R. intracellularis HH01 intergenic space (1561, bp) in the nr database (BLASTx, E-value=3e−14). The green and purple genes encode a mannose-6-phosphate isomerase and a probable iron binding protein, respectively.
