TTP protein–protein interaction networks on the basis of the TAP experiments. The left part corresponds to TAP results using TON1a, TON1b or FASS as bait, and the right network corresponds to reverse-TAP experiments using TRM19 as bait protein. Each line represents an interaction in TAP and colours indicate the tagged protein used as bait. White nodes represent the additional interactions identified using the more sensitive VELOS orbitrap analysis.
