Gate-voltage-dependent photocurrent enhancement factor β=|I90°/I0°| for GNR superlattices with different GNR width. Subsequent curves are displaced by 20 units for clarity. Photocurrent enhancement owing to the plasmon reaches β=15 for 140-nm GNR superlattices.
