Gate-voltage-dependent photocurrent enhancement factor β=|I90°/I| for GNR superlattices with different GNR width. Subsequent curves are displaced by 20 units for clarity. Photocurrent enhancement owing to the plasmon reaches β=15 for 140-nm GNR superlattices. Colour coding: gate-voltage-dependent photocurrent Iph for these GNR superlattices under s-polarization (I90°), plotted on a logarithmic colour scale. (P=66 mW, VD=−2 V). The entire data set for s- and p-polarization is shown in Fig. 6.
