C1R cells expressing human MR1 were incubated together with Jurkat.MAIT cells (105 each) expressing (a) TRBV6-1, (b) TRBV6-4 or (c) TRBV20 TCRs and 6-FP or a control, pterin 6,7-dimethylpterin (di-Me), for 30 min prior to addition of RL-6-Me-7-OH or rRL-6-CH2OH, and incubation overnight. Mean fluorescence intensity of CD69 expression for gated-Jurkat.MAIT cells. Mean±s.e.m. of triplicate samples.
