Variation of β+2r41E as a function of the applied electric field E in the device. The red triangle schematically represents the slope of this function used to extract the Rashba coefficient r41. The intercept of β+2r41E with the ordinate axis gives β (β=4γKz2›/), where γ is the Dresselhaus coefficient. The x axis error bars have been calculated from the uncertainties on the measured stark shift. The y axis error bars correspond to the uncertainties on the measurement of the spin-relaxation time τs and momentum-relaxation time .
