In the network expression, open circles represent reserves. Blue, yellow, red, brown, black and green points in the network expression and geographical maps indicate different modules identified in each of the three assemblages. Modules in the matrices are marked by the serial numbers and a rectangle, with points indicating the presence of a species (a row) occurring in a reserve (a column) and the rectangles of ‘Empty’ in neophytes and archaeophytes indicating reserves where these two species assemblages do not occur.
