The scatter plots show the agreement in the ranking of all regulons by the enrichment P-value, between the different experimental perturbations of FGFR2 signalling: Exp1=E2+FGF10, Exp2=E2+AP20187 and Exp3=Tet+E2+FGF10. Each dot represents one regulon (that is, one TF and all its targets) in the TN derived from cohort I. The correlation coefficient R is given for each pairwise ranking. The corresponding Venn diagrams show the level of agreement on the ranking for the top 50 enriched regulons, expressed by the JC.
