Note that Cre-immunoreactive nuclei are identified in the rPOA but not in other tissues. These Cre-positive nuclei belong to GnRH neurons (see Fig. 1c). Scale bar=20 μm. (b) Immunohistochemical Ni-DAB labelling for GFP in transgenic GnRH-GFP mice.
