(b) Quantification of H.a. Noco2 sporulation in WT, snc1, Atpam16-1 snc1, Atpam16-2 snc1 and Atpam16l snc1 seedlings. Two-week-old seedlings were sprayed with H.a. Noco2 at a concentration of 105 spores per ml of water. The spores were quantified 1 week after infection. Bars represent means±s.d. (n=4 with five plants each). Similar results were observed in three independent experiments.
