  1. The short circuit current JSC was calculated for the wavelength range between 300 and 1,170 nm. We note that other designs23,24,28,30 have also achieved high absorption efficiency. Such designs have excellent anti-reflection properties that can be combined with the quasi-random approach, thus optimizing both anti-reflection and scattering processes.
