  1. Boc-KAc-Puro, Boc-Lys(Ac)-puromycin; DMSO, dimethyl sulphoxide ; MTS, 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-5-(3-carboxymethoxyphenyl)-2-(4-sulphophenyl)-2H-tetrazolium).
  2. The cell lines were treated with DMSO or the increasing doses of agent (4.22, 8.44, 16.9, 33.8, 67.5 or 135 μM) for 5 days followed by MTS assay. Data represent mean values of triplicate measurements±s.d. (n=3). IC50 values were fit by logistic regression.
