Reaction abbreviations: CYTMQOR3pp represents electron transfer from menaquinone pool to cytochromes in G. metallireducens; PPCCYTCpp and OMCPPCO represents the electron transfer reactions from the inner membrane cytochromes to the omcS in G. metallireducens; OMC_GMGS is the reaction representing DIET between omcS of G. metallireducens and G. sulfurreducens; OMCPPCI and FRDPPCR2 are the reactions corresponding to electron transfer into G. sulfurreducens to the intracellular reducing equivalents in the form of ferredoxin.
