(a,b) Three weeks after engraftment of CYR61 lobes and control lobes, CFSE-labelled WT-bone marrow cells were injected i.v. After 48 h, grafts were analysed for recruited Linneg CFSE+ cells (a) and for Lin+ CFSE+ cells (b). Lin:B220, CD11c, CD11b, CD19, CD3, CD4, CD8, Ly6G, PDCA1, NK1.1, EpCAM. Results from two independent experiments are pooled (n=7). *P≤0.05; **P≤0.01 (paired Student’s t-test).
