From: Structure of a photosynthetic reaction centre determined by serial femtosecond crystallography
Data were recorded on the Cornell-SLAC Pixel Array detector from microcrystals of RCvir at the CXI beamline of the LCLS. The resolution limit at the edge of the detector was 2.62 Å. Diffractions spots were observed up to 2.8 Å resolution.
