The Isd versus Vbg characteristics in a back-gate configuration was measured over multiple days while stored continuously in seawater. Black arrows indicate direction of gate sweep. Channel width (w)/length (l) ratio is 80. No degradation of the performance of the OFET is visible. Extracted Vth,avg shifts are almost constant (inset).
