(ac) Magnetic field dependence of the magnetic configurations in real-space Lorentz TEM (over-focus) images at 20 K. (df) Temperature dependence of biskyrmions in Lorentz TEM (under-focused) images under a magnetic field of 0.28 T. Magnetic fields were applied normal to the (001) thin plate. The insets to b and e show the enlarged view of a single biskyrmion. It should be noted that the bright and dark contrast is reversed in b and e due to the over- and under-focusing in the respective images. The colour image in c represents the thickness distribution of the view area of af. Scale bars in a and d correspond to 300 nm.
