  1. List of all samples whose thermal conductivity was measured in this study. In the second column, we give the value of Hc2 obtained from κ vs H at T~2 K. In the third column, we state the figure(s) where κ data are displayed. We also state whether the resistance of a sample was used to determine Hvs(T), and refer to the corresponding figure(s).
