Genomic sequences of TAM-a (FY998678), rat (Rattus norvegicus) ADM-1 (NC_005100.3), rat ADM-2 (NC_005106.3) and lizard (Anolis carolinensis) ADM-5 (NC_014781.1) were used. Yellow indicates the regions encoding open reading frames and ‘Ter’ shows the termination codons. Red and blue show the N-terminal and C-terminal processing sites, respectively, that flank the region encoding mature ADM and TAM. In addition, orange shows the signal peptide sequences and green shows the two conserved Cys residues.
