EGFP, HA-tagged GluA1 or GluA2 with or without PlexA1-IPT expressing vectors were electroporated into rat CA1 hippocampus at E17, and distribution of HA-GluAs was examined at P2. (b) HA-GluA2 signal, but not GluA1 signal, was retained in the apical side of the perinuclear region of the cell body by overexpression of PlexA1-IPT (arrowhead).
