(h) Histogram represents the percentage of pH3+/c-myb+ cells in each experimental group. At least three independent experiments were performed. Results are expressed as means±s.e.m. GraphPad Prism software was used for statistical analysis. Student’s t-test was used for determining the significance of the results. P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.
