The dotted lines indicate the resonance lines that are observed upon ligand binding. Line narrowing is clearly visible upon increasing the ligand concentration from a protein to ligand ratio of 1:1 (in green) and 1:2 (in red). The spectra of MtbHUN in the presence and absence of co-solvent (DMSO) and of SD1 in DMSO are shown in black, brown and purple respectively.
