Black line: region 1; green line: region 2. (d) The velocity of ER Ca2+ wave measured with G-CEPIA1er (n=23, mean±s.e.m.) or R-CEPIA1er (n=20). For comparison, the velocity of cytosolic Ca2+ wave measured with fluo-4 in cells without (n=8) or with R-CEPIA1er expression (Fluo-4+R-CEPIA1er; n=6). There was no significant statistical difference among these values (P=0.93, one-way ANOVA).
