RS is normalized by the number of quantum wells, y. The SmTiO3 thickness (x) is given in legends in the number of pseudocubic u.c.’s. The number of repeats were y=14 for x=1.5, 5 and 8; y=8 for x=12; and y=6 for 16. A lower y was chosen for thicker SmTiO3 layers due to the onset of strain relaxation. (a) Data on a T2 scale. The lines are fits of form R0+AT2. (b) Data for the superlattice with 16-u.c.-thick SmTiO3 layers as a function of T4/3. The line is a fit of form R0+AT4/3. Only every third measured data point is shown for clarity.
