From: Quantum critical behaviour in confined SrTiO3 quantum wells embedded in antiferromagnetic SmTiO3

RS is normalized by the number of quantum wells, y. The SmTiO3 thickness (x) is given in legends in the number of pseudocubic u.c.’s. The number of repeats were y=14 for x=1.5, 5 and 8; y=8 for x=12; and y=6 for 16. A lower y was chosen for thicker SmTiO3 layers due to the onset of strain relaxation. (a) Data on a T2 scale.
