(a) RKO/shSRSF10 or RKO/shLuci cells were transfected with GFP-BCLAF1-L, GFP-BCLAF1-T or control vector, and selected for neomyocin resistance. Overexpression of GFP-BCLAF1-L or GFP-BCLAF1-T was confirmed by western blotting using indicated antibodies. (b) Clonogenic survival assay of RKO cells or HCT116 cells as described in a.
