(a) RKO/shSRSF10 or RKO/shLuci cells were transfected with GFP-BCLAF1-L, GFP-BCLAF1-T or control vector, and selected for neomyocin resistance. Overexpression of GFP-BCLAF1-L or GFP-BCLAF1-T was confirmed by western blotting using indicated antibodies. (b) Clonogenic survival assay of RKO cells or HCT116 cells as described in a. (c) Quantization of the number of colonies for the indicated cell lines. Three independent experiments were performed and error bars indicate s.d. of mean. (d) Four indicated RKO cells as described in a were injected into nude mice, and tumour volumes were measured at the end of 35 days and represented as average size of tumour (mm3).
