From: Bright and fast multicoloured voltage reporters via electrochromic FRET
In neurons synaptically coupled to a spontaneously active circuit, the (a) Citrine, (b) mOrange and (c) mRuby2 eFRET GEVIs clearly revealed single APs. Patch clamp voltage recordings are shown above optical recording traces. All recordings were acquired with laser illumination (3 W cm−2) at an exposure time of 2 ms. Fluorescence traces are presented without temporal filtering. The optical recordings have been corrected for photobleaching with a linear fit.
