(a,b,d,e,f) RAW264.7, its transfectants expressing Flag-tagged CD300a or Flag-tagged MAIR-II (a,b,d,e) and iMo (f) were left unstimulated or stimulated with LPS for 20 h. Cell lysates were immunoprecipitated with antibodies against TLR4 (a), Flag (b,d), DAP12 (e) or FcRγ chain (f), and immunoblotted with the antibodies indicated.
