(a,c) After incubation for 12 h with DL2 (or D3), fluorescence signals were assessed by fluorescence microscopy for 4 days. (b,d) After 4 days, cells were incubated with SSP (4 μM) for 4 h to induce apoptosis (b) or ionomycin (ION, 10 μM) for 4 h to induce necrosis (d).
