In total, 1,120 assembled scaffolds (blue) were anchored in the 12 linkage groups (LG1–LG12, red) using 2,213 corresponding SNP genetic markers (grey bars). The LG numbers were assigned on the basis of the estimated length of the genetic linkage groups.
