Migrations of the transfected cells T24 (a), 5637 (b), SW-780 (c), J82 (d), 293T (e), HeLa (f), A549 (g), PC-3 (h), GC-1 (i), GC-2 (j) and fibroblast (k) were measured by the scratch assay. Data are expressed as mean±s.e. (l). Each experiment was performed in triplicate for five independent times. Each error bar indicates the variation between the means of five independent experiments. Scale bar, 100 μm in each figure.
