  2. Ratios of putative piRNA/miRNA, sense piRNA/antisense piRNA and primary piRNA/secondary piRNA populations are indicated for smRNA obtained from pooled E16.5 Morc1tg/+ and Morc1tg/tg testes. No substantial defect in piRNA biogenesis is observed in MORC1-deficient testis.
