(a) PYK2 affects collective migration in BT-549 cells. Migration of control and PYK2-depleted BT-549 cells was examined by the wound-closure assay. (b) BT-549 cells were infected with lentiviruses encoding either PYK2-HA or PYK2 shRNA. The effects of PYK2 expression on cell invasion was assessed by the Matrigel-coated Boyden Chamber assay.
