Single-colour analysis of poly/multiantennary LacNAc on OP9 and Nalm6 by lectin microarray is shown. Graph displays the median normalized fluorescence for selected LacNAc binding lectins binding to OP9 and Nalm6. All lectins are above the 1,000 fluorescence unit threshold for binding (red line) and show signal-to-noise ratios >5, defining them as positive. Error bars represent s.d. for n=3 spots on a single microrarray. These data are consistent with previous results on a biological replicate. Binding of lectin is as follows: GAL1, Galectin-1 ligands; LEA, polyLacNAc chains; PHA-L: multiantennary LacNAc, WGA and ECA: terminal LacNAc residues.
