(c and d) Comparison of the photoswitching of BTBT- and P3HT-based TFTs, respectively, for a short ultraviolet irradiation time. In all the graphs, light violet and light green shaded areas correspond to the irradiation with light at wavelengths of 365 and 546 nm, respectively. All the devices irradiated feature BG-TC geometry.
