Yellow bars represent dominant rearrangements of germline-Vδ5, -Dδ2 and -Jδ1 segments without P- and N-nucleotides. Error bars show s.e.m. Blue bars represent the sum of all other nucleotide sequences coding for ASGYIGGIRATDKLV. Data are pooled from two independent experiments that gave similar results.
