A2352, MDA-MB-231, HeLa, T47D, NHEM-Ad and HB2 cells were grown in full medium and then serum starved (16 h, 0.1%), pretreated either with EPE peptide, scrambled peptide (10 μM, 2 h) or DMSO control (0.1%), and then either stimulated with tetradecanoyl phorbol acetate TPA; (100 or 250 nM, 15 min) or left untreated (NT) as control. The cells were stained with αgERK1/2 Ab (c14) and DAPI. The experiments were produced three times. Scale bar, 20 μm.
