(b) Mouse retinal sections were immunostained with antibodies against WNT7B (red) and Brn-3a (green). The nuclei are counterstained with 4′,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (blue) in the merged image. The upper part of the panel shows the retinal pigment epithelium side, while the lower panel shows the vitreous side. WNT7B expression was observed in ganglion cells stained with Brn-3a.
