Stable expression of Frz8 in HepG2 cells (HepG2/Frz8) increased the level of p-c-jun, which was attenuated by LRP6N (1 μg ml−1), Frz8-CRD-IgG/Fc (CRD) (1 μg ml−1), JNK inhibitor (JNK/I) SP600125 (10 μM) (a) or CM containing E1-2, E3-4 or LDLR (d).
