ChIP assays were performed with splenic B-cells from 3’RR-deficient and wt mice. Cells were stimulated with LPS+IL-4 for 2 days. Background signals from mock samples with irrelevant antibody were subtracted. Values were normalized to the total input DNA. Data are the mean±s.e.m. of three (for 3’RR-deficient mice) and six (for wt mice) independent experiments with two mice (Mann–Whitney U-test for significance).
