ChIP assays were performed with splenic B-cells from 3′RR-deficient and wt mice. Cells were stimulated with LPS for 2 days for Sγ3 and Sγ2b. Cells were stimulated with LPS±IL4 for 2 days for Sɛ. Background signals from mock samples with irrelevant antibody were subtracted. Values were normalized to the total input DNA. Data are the mean±s.e.m. of three to six independent experiments with two mice for each genotype (Mann–Whitney U-test for significance).
