The study specific ORs (blue rectangles) and 95% confidence intervals (CI; horizontal bars) are plotted for each SNP. The red diamonds represent the summary OR and 95% CI for the ‘Discovery’ series (N=18,299 cases/19,656 controls) and ‘Overall’. The ‘Replication’ series included the Asian 1 (N=2,098 cases/6,172 controls) and Asian 2 (N=2,627 cases/3,797 controls) consortia.
