  1. Top CBD GWAS SNPs were tested for transcript associations in 374 human cerebellum and 399 temporal cortex samples. Linear regression was employed using an additive model, with the minor allele dosage (0, 1, 2) as the independent variable, and APOE ɛ4 dosage (0, 1, 2), age at death, gender, PCR plate, RIN, (RIN-RINmean) as biological and technical covariates14.
