  1. Wild-type and NatA-depleted plants (aminNaa10 and amiNaa15) were grown for 6 weeks under short-day condition with regular water supply. Transcripts were quantified with the Gene 1.0 ST Array (Affymetrix, Germany). Significantly regulated genes were defined by P<0.05 and >1.5-fold change when compared with wild type (N=4). Gene annotation analysis of these genes was performed with the DAVID Bioinformatics Resources tool v.6.7 (http://david.abcc.ncifcrf.gov).
