Wild-type (WT) and Adipo KO mice were intraperitoneally injected with control IgG, or 10 and 80 μg of anti-IL-17 antibody (IL-17 Ab) at 1 day before (day −1) and 2 days after (day 2) imiquimod (IMQ) treatment.
