The detector count rates were 160 and 130 k.c.p.s. per detector with ρ=0.95 and ρ=0.82 in PL and EL, respectively. The total integration time was 400 s in PL and 20 min in EL with a bin width of 64 ps. (c) EL g(2)(τ) traces for different currents offset vertically for clarity.
