Antigen-binding activity of chimeric anti-PA-63 cyclonal with either WT or mutated Fc domain (cyclonalFc(E382V/M428I)). Glycosylated IgGs with WT Fc were purified from hybridoma cultures and included as positive control. Equivalent amounts of purified E. coli cyclonals or hybridoma IgGs were used to coat ELISA plates and purified FcγRI was applied at various concentrations as indicated. Blank buffer was used as a control. Data is expressed as the mean±s.e.m. of biological triplicates.
