From these data, we extract a conductivity σ=2 × 10−8 (Ω cm)−1 and a density of trap states ntrap=2 × 1011 cm−3. (b) PL time decay trace at λ=560 nm, with bi-exponential fits showing a fast (7±1 ns) and a slow transient (189±10 ns).
