Persistent Cytoplasmic Synthesis of Ribosomal Proteins during the Selective Inhibition of Ribosomal RNA Synthesis

Abstract

Synthesis of ribosomal proteins takes place in the cytoplasm and is independent of nuclear synthesis of ribosomal RNA.
